- Approach to Rickett Field Farm is via a tarmac drive with ample parking to the front of the farmhouse.
- Entrance to the B&B is through a small garden gate and flagstone path.
- As you enter the house, into the hallway, the dining room is on your left.
- Guests are provided with a front door key if requested.
Bedrooms
- All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor accessed by a flight of stairs.
- All bedrooms are carpeted.
- Bathrooms have vinyl floor covering.
- All bedrooms are lockable with keys available.
- All bedrooms have fire doors.
- Duvets and pillows have synthetic fillings.
- The property is non-smoking.
Rickett Barn
- Rickett Barn is situated behind the main farmhouse.
- Guests may park in the farmyard directly in front of the Barn.
- On entering the Barn there is a toilet and washbasin to your right.
- The kitchen has a tiled floor.
- The fire extinguisher and fire blanket are wall mounted in the kitchen.
- The dining and sitting room area is carpeted.
- There is an exit at the rear of the property.
- The Barn is non-smoking.
Bedrooms
- All bedrooms are accessed by a flight of stairs.
- The bedrooms are fully carpeted.
- Bathrooms have vinyl floor covering.
- Heating is adjustable in all bedrooms.
- Duvets and pillows have synthetic fillings.
